I was able to get a decent harvest off my 2nd year Chinook hop plants. I decided to throw the entire harvest at a Fresh Hop IPA! It is March 2021 and I am planning to brew my first Pale Ale. Well, my first Pale Ale of 2021, that is. For as long as I can remember, the American Pale Ale style has been a core of my brewing routine. I have a desire to add a Modern Pale Ale to my recipe list.
